Keeping It Real

I remember a picture the Pioneer Woman had posted on her blog long ago.  It was a picture of her kitchen after a day of cooking and she labeled it 'keeping it real'.  Here was her big beautiful kitchen with a sink full of dishes, pot and pans here and there etc.
The other morning, I was busy making bread,  soup and a batch of banana bread.  I looked around the kitchen and loved what I saw.  A huge mess!  ha ha.
It made me reflect on the post the pioneer woman had done.  I snapped a few pics and thought, I have many pictures of the kitchen thru the construction process and others in a nice and tidy state but I have failed to show it as we use it every day.
So here goes......we're keeping it real!
