Simple Definition

1. to free from confinement, bondage, obligation, pain, etc.; let go;

Thank goodness there was neither bondage or pain ;) 
I feel things might be slowing down around here though.....

and I am pretty sure my arches are going to feel better soon.

  But any big change will take adjusting.  So adjust I will.
I will miss this calling.  Our sisters are so great.
