Wow, that's A LOT of peaches!! What a fun tradition...although it seems like a ton of work. =0) Looks like you guys had fun doing it together though. I've never done it, but -funny thing is- James knows how to can peaches! Your kids will have good skills. ;)
Ok I can totally relate on the peach front! I think we have consumed more peach desserts in the last month than any family should consume in a lifetime. Plus the canning, freezing, jamming...it never ends!
